COVID-19 Vaccine Central

The Macomb County Health Department is an authorized provider of the COVID-19 vaccine. Working under strict guidelines issued by the CDC and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), residents can be assured that the vaccine is being properly stored, appropriately administered and available at no cost for all who are eligible to receive it. Our professional and friendly staff are committed to making the process as safe and easy as possible.

Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are accepted based on vaccine availability.

Important Information

  • Only the person being vaccinated will be allowed in the building to maintain safe social distancing. Exceptions will be made for a family member or caregiver to accompany someone who needs assistance getting into the building.
  • Face masks are required to be worn inside the building.
  • Do not bring children who are not scheduled for a vaccination to your appointment.
  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (such as fever, cough, chills, etc.)
  • There is no cost for vaccination and your insurance will not be billed.
  • Please bring a photo ID card
  • If you are able, a print out of the COVID-19 Vaccination Form (based on client’s age):
  • If you are returning for your 2nd dose, Additional Dose, or Booster, bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card.

MyCare Health Center

MyCare Health Center is offering the Moderna vaccine at our Center Line (586-756-7777) and Mount Clemens (586-783-2222), locations. Appointment is required. Available for individuals 18 and older. For more information visit: www.mycarehealthcenter.org.
